Why should I order a Personalized Party Package?
Everyone wants to be unique, right? And the off-the-shelf party packs do not nearly come close to creating that personalized “this is who I am” effect. However such events usually come at a high price: they take time! I can support you with this and carry the wonderful burden of making your event “all yours” by designing, printing and preparing the party props for you. All you have to do is put on your party hat and get ready to celebrate! Simple!
Perfect Packages party prop packages are specially designed for busy individuals that need a party package ready to go but want something unique and memorable. You can either choose a party package which is already in our portfolio or ask for something bespoke.
Our party packages are sold in quantities of 6 and you can choose which items you wish to purchase: banners, cupcake toppers, labels, place settings etc. If you would like something additional to your package, I am sure I will be able to provide this – just ask!
It is my goal to ensure that every person who works with me, has a unique celebration and feels that their event is one of a kind – just like the person who is being celebrated!

Overseeing Events & Clean up (optional)

  • CHF99.- per hour, for the first 1-2hrs
  • CHF75.- per hour, from the 3rd hour onwards

Commitment Fee (obligatory)

  • CHF149.- to be paid in full before any design work begins
  • CHF149.- to be paid in full before party styling & planning begins

Parties Outside of Zurich
In order to set-up party feature tables outside of Zurich (zone 10), there will be an extra charge of CHF1/km from Zurich Seefeld/and back.
The same fee applies in order to collect all hired party decorations and to clear-away party feature tables.

Event Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately once design work has begun, no refunds will be given.
We are all human and things happen where events may need to be cancelled or postponed.
Perfect Packages therefore has listed a cancellation fee, should this happen:

  • CHF99.- If you cancel your event 4 weeks prior to the event date
  • CHF199.- If you cancel your event 2 weeks prior to the event date

Shipping Clothing within Switzerland

Please choose your desired shipping preference at check-out:

  • CHF9.00 Post Pac Priority (1 working day)
  • CHF7.00 Post Pac Economy (2-3 working days)

For our International friends, we are more than happy to ship your order to virtually anywhere around the world. Please contact us prior to check-out to get an actual cost calculation.

Clothing Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Clothing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If all is in order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds for Clothing
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Clothing Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Clothing Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will confirm the address to which you should send back your products to.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
